The Dental Assisting Program provides students who may still be in high school with an interesting career opportunity or with the assurance of a good part-time job. It will also allow them to continue in related studies such as Hygiene or Dentistry. Applicants must have completed Grade 10 (although many students are in senior grades). The eight-credit program offered at E.C.I. is similar to the George Brown College program, but costs much less and provides credits towards a high school diploma.
