Grade 11 Advanced Drama - Back

In this course students use scripts and
non-theatrical sources as inspiration for a variety of dramatic
activity. This enhances self-expression and communication skills,
through both individual and group work. Students comment in writing
on their experiences in the course.
Grade 11 General Drama - Back

This course involves students in the development of
personal resources, the understanding of self. The practice of
communication skills, the stimulation of the imagination, and the
use of dramatic art forms. Students comment in writing on their
experiences in the course.
Grade 12 Advanced Drama - Back

This course involves students in a more intensive
exploration of learner- centered creative dramatic activity, which
may lead to both in class and public performances. Some elements of
theatrical production are studied and used. Students comment in
writing on their experiences in the course.
OAC Drama - Back
to Top | Current Courses -
This is a course, in which the student will pursue an
intensive study of the dramatic arts in three areas, one of which
will emphasize Canadian content. Students investigate the purpose of
each dramatic form and its effect on the intended audience. Written
work is a required component of ADAOA. Students are involved in
carious types of writing that are pertinent to the dramatic
experience.
Prerequisite: One advanced level Senior
